DC-204T Ion Air Gun is a handheld special device for static elimination, categorized as induction needle static removing equipment. Its powerful ion airflow neutralizes static electricity and removes foreign particles and dust on workpiece surfaces. It is an industrial device designed for initial static removal and dust cleaning of irregular-shaped objects, widely applied in plastic, electronics, mold, packaging and other industries.
DC-204T ion air gun uses compressed air to blow out airflow carrying positive and negative ions to neutralize static charges on objects:
If the workpiece surface carries negative static charges, it attracts positive ions in the airflow;
If the workpiece surface carries positive static charges, it attracts negative ions in the airflow.
Thereby static electricity on the surface is fully neutralized.
Under low-current high voltage generated by the high-voltage power supply, the ionization component forms a stable high-voltage electric field, ionizes air to produce plasma, which is carried by airflow to workpiece surfaces to eliminate static.
Eliminating static can resolve common production issues caused by static electricity, such as dust adhesion, sticking problems during processing of plastic, film and paper products, and jumping of tiny electronic components due to static repulsion.

The ion air gun must be used together with DC-007 High Voltage Generator:
Insert the high-voltage connector of the air gun into the high-voltage output port of the generator, and tighten the nut securely.
Connect the air gun to a compressed air pipeline.
Plug the high-voltage generator into power supply to start operation.
Mount the high-voltage generator in a concealed position.
