High Temperature Resistant Labels: "identity Badges" for Extreme Industrial Environments

一High temperature resistant label is a special self-adhesive label designed for high temperature environment. It is made of high temperature resistant materials such as polyimide (PI) and polyester (PET) as the base material and combined with special pressure-sensitive adhesive. Its core function is to keep the information clear and readable in high temperature environment, while resisting harsh conditions such as chemical corrosion and mechanical wear to ensure accurate identification of the product throughout its life cycle. The finished product can withstand high temperatures of up to 260~300 degrees and can withstand the erosion of various solders, solvents and cleaning agents faced in the production process of printed circuit boards.

Precautions for use

  • Surface pretreatment: Clean the surface to be pasted, remove oil and rust to ensure the bonding effect.

  • Pasting time: Avoid pasting when the device is running at high temperature. It is recommended to wait until the device cools down before pasting.

  • Test verification: Conduct high temperature aging test before batch use to confirm label performance.

  • Storage conditions: Unused labels should be kept away from light and moisture to avoid premature aging of the adhesive.
