Printing process
Laser engraving: Etch information directly on the label surface, high temperature resistant and never fall off (suitable for metal/ceramic labels).
Thermal transfer printing: Use high temperature resistant ribbon (such as resin-based ribbon) to ensure that the barcode is not blurred at high temperatures.
Screen printing: high temperature resistant ink (such as epoxy resin ink), suitable for batch customization of graphics/text.
Precautions for use
Surface pretreatment: Clean the surface to be pasted, remove oil and rust to ensure the bonding effect.
Pasting time: Avoid pasting when the device is running at high temperature. It is recommended to wait until the device cools down before pasting.
Test verification: Conduct high temperature aging test before batch use to confirm label performance.
