Product function description
Three-color light (HV) | Responsible for displaying the current working status. Standby is indicated by a blue light, normal operation by a green light, and high voltage abnormality alarm by a red light.
Infrared Signal (IR) | Infrared signal receiving window, responsible for receiving infrared signals from the remote control.
Power Button | Long press | Power on when the device is off, and power off when the device is on. |
Short press | No action when the device is off, switches the display page when the device is on.
Increase/Decrease Button | Long press | Supports long pressing to quickly change parameter settings when setting the working frequency, output ratio, and communication address of the product. |
Short press | Changes the working status or function setting parameters of the product when on the setting page.
OLED operation display screen | Main Page (Default Page) | Displays the current product's temperature, working mode, ion balance status, and product power-on working hours. Pressing the power button enters the working mode setting page. |
Working Mode Setting Page | Sets the working mode of the product, which includes two modes: automatic ion balance and manual ion balance. Pressing the increase/decrease button can switch modes. Pressing the power button switches to the working frequency setting page.
Working Frequency Setting Page | Sets the positive and negative ion output frequency of the product (adjustable range is 1~80HZ in manual balance mode, default is 50HZ; automatic balance mode has 5 fixed positions: 10HZ, 30HZ, 50HZ, 60HZ, 75HZ, default is also 50HZ). Supports long pressing and pressing the increase/decrease button to change setting parameters. Pressing the power button switches to the positive ion output ratio setting page.
Positive Ion Output Ratio Setting Page | Sets the positive ion output ratio of the product (adjustable range is 5%~95% in manual balance mode; not adjustable in automatic balance mode, only displays the current positive ion output ratio). Supports long pressing and pressing the increase/decrease button to change parameters. Pressing the power button switches to the communication address setting page.
Communication Address Setting Page | Sets the serial communication address of the product, with 1~255 (a total of 255 addresses) to choose from, but must be unique and cannot be the same as the communication address of other products. Supports long pressing and pressing the increase/decrease button to set. Pressing the power button switches to the communication speed setting page.
Communication Speed Setting Page | Sets the serial communication speed of the product, with options of 9600, 14400, 19200, 38400, 5600, 57600, 115200 (a total of 7 communication speeds to choose from). Pressing the increase/decrease button can switch between different communication speeds (must be consistent with the communication speed set on the upper computer). Pressing the power button switches to the recovery factory setting page.
Recovery Factory Setting Page | (Slightly different button operations) When on the recovery factory setting page, pressing the increase/decrease button enters the recovery factory setting options. Pressing the increase/decrease button again selects whether to recover the factory settings, and then press the power button to confirm the selection; if recovery is not needed, directly press the power button to exit the recovery factory setting and switch to the software version viewing page.
Software Version Viewing Page | Only displays the current software version, no operation is allowed. Pressing the power button jumps back to the working mode setting page.
Working Abnormal Alarm Page | Pops up when a product working failure occurs and will not automatically exit. Press the panel power button to return to the main page.
Note: Automatically returns to the main page after 10 seconds of no operation on the product setting page (except for the alarm page). |
Solving problems caused by static electricity
Do you have these problems at your site?
Static electricity attracts dust and powder, resulting in poor appearance
Electrostatic discharge damages the internal circuits of ICs and electronic components, causing defects
Product advantages
Manual balance calibration
Use the "+, -" buttons to adjust the balance
Positive and negative ion output frequency is adjustable
Suitable for different distances to achieve faster static elimination speed
Cleaning reminder function
The OLED display indicates that the user should clean the discharge electrode.
Pulsed AC ionization method
In the ionization process, the amount of ionized ions is large and the loss is small
PLC linkage
PNP/NPN: Can be connected to PLC, I.O control, alarm signal optional PNP/NPN
