DCB-30BXG ion stainless steel bar is a special fixed static elimination device, a type of induction bar static eliminator. It generates powerful ion airflow to neutralize static electricity and remove foreign particles and dust on object surfaces. It is an industrial product designed for initial static dust removal of flat materials, especially suitable for winding and unwinding equipment processing films, fabrics, paper, etc. It features simple installation, stable operation, strong plasma output and fast static elimination speed.
The DCB-30BXG ion stainless steel bar generates a large volume of airflow carrying positive and negative ions via induction ejection to neutralize static charges on workpiece surfaces.
If the workpiece surface carries negative static charges, it attracts positive ions in the airflow;
If the workpiece surface carries positive static charges, it attracts negative ions in the airflow. Static electricity on the surface is fully neutralized to achieve static elimination.

This product is used for initial static dust removal of flat materials, widely adopted in electronics, film processing, textile, printing, plastic, packaging, medical device, pharmaceutical, cleanroom and other industries.
Static electricity is mostly generated by friction. After static elimination with this product, secondary friction of the workpiece should be avoided.
