The DCB-30DL static elimination bar is a fixed special device for static removal, categorized as an induction-type static eliminator bar. Its induction design enables safe use in flammable and explosive environments. It generates powerful ion airflow to neutralize static electricity and eliminate foreign particles and dust on workpiece surfaces. As an industrial product for preliminary static dust removal of flat materials, it is especially suitable for winding/unwinding equipment processing films, fabrics, paper and other materials. It features simple installation, stable operation, strong plasma output and ultra-fast static neutralization speed.
The DCB-30DL static elimination bar generates a large volume of airflow carrying positive and negative ions via inductive ejection to neutralize static charges on object surfaces.
When the workpiece surface holds negative static charges, it attracts positive ions in the airflow;
When the workpiece surface holds positive static charges, it attracts negative ions in the airflow. Static electricity on the surface is fully neutralized to realize static elimination.
