Thank you very much for purchasing the DCB-30WF static elimination bar. Although this product is not classified as a high-voltage component under any electrical equipment standards, it adopts 7kV AC high voltage. Before operation, please read this manual thoroughly and completely to fully understand product functions for correct and proper use. Please keep this manual properly for future reference.
This product is designed and manufactured for general industrial use. Improper use may lead to malfunction, electric shock or fire hazards.
Do not disassemble the product without authorization. Disassembly may cause product failure, electric shock or even fire, and will void the warranty. Contact us directly for maintenance service.
Keep the product away from water. Water contact will cause abnormal operation, electric shock or fire.
Strictly prohibit improper use of the product; abnormal operation may trigger accidents.
Do not install the product on moving parts or components subject to heavy impact.
Always cut off the power supply before inspection or replacement to avoid electric shock or fire.
Reserve sufficient operating space during installation for convenient inspection and maintenance to prevent failures.
Do not use in environments with flammable or explosive substances. This product is not explosion-proof.
Never touch discharge needles and terminals while power is on, which may cause equipment failure and electric shock accidents.
Discharge needles have sharp tips; handle with extreme care.
Ozone will be generated during operation. Ensure adequate ventilation when using the product in enclosed spaces.
Do not aim ion airflow toward your face, as ozone may irritate nose and throat.
Do not damage the cable by excessive bending, stretching, coiling, hanging heavy objects or clamping. Damaged wires may cause electric leakage, poor conductivity, fire, electric shock or abnormal operation.
Check power specifications before power-on. Mismatched power supply will cause product failure or accidents; incorrect wiring may damage the product or power source.
Immediately replace damaged power cords or signal cables to prevent electric leakage, communication failure and abnormal operation.
Do not route wires parallel to high-voltage cables or power cables, or lay them in the same pipeline, as electromagnetic induction may trigger misoperation.
For optimal performance, connect compressed air and turn on power only after air supply is active. Powering on without air circulation will accumulate excessive ozone inside from discharge, damaging internal components and polluting the environment.
Avoid dropping, hitting or applying heavy impact to the product. Hidden internal damage may cause accidents even if the exterior remains intact.
Do not use this product for any purposes other than static elimination.
Do not install the product on moving parts to prevent wire breakage. Cut off power supply if the product will not be used for a long time.
Static elimination distance will be compromised without air supply; in this case, install the bar within 150 mm of target workpieces.
Dispose of unusable or obsolete products and consumables as industrial waste per relevant regulations.
Do not frequently switch power on/off; allow an interval of at least 1 second between switching to avoid power supply abnormality.

Avoid installation in areas with signal interference (electromagnetic waves, power surges, etc.).
Compressed air containing water or oil will contaminate the main unit and nozzles, reducing static elimination performance and accelerating component degradation.
Wire the high-voltage generator and power adapter strictly per wiring diagrams.
Install Ø8 mm air tubing onto the quick connector of the main unit and connect to air supply equipment (compressor, blower, etc.). Notes: Use clean, dry oil-free and water-free compressed air. If operated without air supply, install the bar within 150 mm of target workpieces to guarantee static elimination effect.
Do not aim nozzles toward human bodies, especially faces and eyes, to avoid injury.
Air supply is mandatory during operation. Powering on without air circulation will build up excessive internal ozone, damaging components and polluting the environment.
Discharge needles have sharp tips; handle carefully.
Reserve sufficient space for maintenance, wiring and piping during installation.
Mount the product on flat surfaces when fixing directly to equipment frames.
Confirm mounting position and method, fix mounting brackets. Maintain a distance of 30 mm ~ 400 mm between the bar and charged workpieces.
Mount the main bar and supply clean, dry compressed air.
Insert the high-voltage terminal of the connection cable into the ion generator main unit.
Connect the ion generator to power supply, toggle power switch to ON, and the static bar starts working.
To shut down: Toggle power switch to OFF, cut power supply to the generator, and close the main air valve.
Regular maintenance is critical to sustain stable product performance. Long-term ion discharge accumulates contaminants around discharge needles. Continued operation with dirty needles reduces discharge efficiency and causes other malfunctions. Clean discharge needles regularly – recommended cleaning interval: at least once every two weeks. Wipe off water, oil or paint residue on the product surface with cloth; immediately remove contaminants on discharge needles or nozzles.
Always cut off both air supply and power supply before maintenance to prevent accidents or equipment failure.
Discharge needles are extremely sharp; do not touch directly to avoid cuts.
Failure to clean needles regularly will degrade static elimination performance.
Only use oil-free, water-free clean compressed air for the ion nozzle.
Severe operating environments will shorten the service life of discharge needles.
Fully disconnect power and air supply to the product.
Rotate and wipe discharge needles and surrounding dirt with alcohol-dampened cotton swabs.
Wait for alcohol to fully evaporate before resuming operation.
Fault | Root Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
No power input | Power supply disconnected | Check power adapter and wiring connection to main bar |
No air output | Air supply disconnected | Connect compressed air to main unit |
Abnormal ion generation | Dirty discharge needles | Clean discharge needles and surrounding areas |
Discharge needle short circuit | Check for conductive objects contacting discharge needles | |
Blown fuse | Replace fuse at the power input port of generator main unit |
