The DCF-40W Horizontal Ionizing Air Blower is a static eliminator that provides a balanced ionized airflow. It adopts a cross-flow fan and synchronized positive/negative emitter electrodes. High-voltage corona discharge ionizes the surrounding air to generate large quantities of positive and negative ions, which are carried by the airflow to the target surface to neutralize static electricity.
Suitable for precision electronics, electronic assembly lines, microelectronics, optoelectronics, semiconductors, pharmaceutical manufacturing, printing, packaging, precision molding, plastic film slitting, winding, laminating and mold release applications.

A high-voltage, low-current ionization module creates a stable electric field. Air molecules are ionized and carried by the fan to the charged object. Positive ions neutralize negative charges, while negative ions neutralize positive charges, eliminating static electricity.
Read the manual before use. Proper grounding is mandatory. Do not use above 90%RH or in flammable/explosive environments. Do not disassemble the unit. Keep away from liquids. Disconnect power before maintenance. Do not touch emitter pins while powered. Verify the correct power supply. Replace damaged power cords immediately.
Install on a stable desktop or suspend securely. Ensure adequate grounding and unobstructed airflow.
Fan not running: check power connection and voltage.
Poor static elimination: clean emitter pins and remove nearby conductive objects.
Indicator off: return for repair.
No ionization: HV module or circuit failure.
Smoke/damage: stop use and return for repair.
Clean emitter pins every 30 days using the built-in brush. Clean the cross-flow fan annually with alcohol after disconnecting power for at least 10 minutes. Wipe the housing every three days. Stainless-steel emitter pins typically last 3–5 years and are replaceable.
The product is factory tested before shipment. A one-year limited warranty covers defective parts under normal use. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, incorrect installation or non-authorized repair is excluded.
