The ESF-104E overhead 4-fan ion blower is a static eliminator delivering balanced ion airflow. Equipped with four air outlets and synchronous positive/negative discharge electrodes, it generates corona discharge under high voltage to ionize air molecules and produce abundant positive and negative ions. Built-in fans blow ion airflow onto workpieces to eliminate static electricity.
Widely used in precision electronics production, electronic assembly lines, microelectronics manufacturing, optoelectronics, semiconductors, pharmaceutical manufacturing, printing, packaging, molding of tiny parts, plastic film slitting, winding & film lamination, mold demolding and other industries.
Suitable for static elimination over large-area work zones

All test data are measured by ME268A Static Charged Plate Analyzer.
Test performance will fluctuate with ambient temperature and humidity.
The internal ionizing components form a stable high-voltage electric field driven by the high-voltage generator, ionizing surrounding air into ion plasma. Fans carry the ion airflow to workpiece surfaces. Negative surfaces attract positive ions, while positive surfaces attract negative ions, fully neutralizing static charges on materials.
Read this manual thoroughly before installation and operation.
The unit must be reliably grounded during operation.
Do not operate in environments with humidity higher than 80%RH.
Do not disassemble the unit without authorization; internal maintenance must be completed by professional technicians.
Forbidden to use in flammable and explosive environments.
Keep the unit away from water or liquid, which may cause malfunction, electric shock or fire hazards.
Cut off power supply before maintenance.
This device is exclusively designed for static elimination; improper use may lead to equipment failure, electric shock or fire risks.
Do not touch discharge pins while powered on to avoid electric shock and unit damage.
Verify power supply specifications before powering on; mismatched power will damage the unit.

Mount the unit above static elimination work zones, with air outlet perpendicular to workpiece surfaces, working distance 100~500mm.
Keep at least 200mm clearance from metal conductors and grounded metal parts.
Maintain minimum 150mm clearance from walls and obstacles.
Leave 150mm or more space at air intake side away from walls.
No. | Fault Phenomenon | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|---|
1 | Fan fails to rotate | Loose power cord / Mismatched input voltage | Reconnect or replace power cord; Use standard AC220V 50/60Hz power supply |
2 | Poor static elimination performance | Dirty discharge pins / Too close conductive objects nearby | Clean discharge pins; Remove surrounding conductive materials |
3 | Indicator & lighting lamp off | Broken internal wiring | Return to factory for repair |
4 | Cannot eliminate static electricity | Damaged high-voltage module / Broken wiring | Return to factory for repair |
5 | Smoke or physical damage to unit | Burned internal components | Return to factory for repair |
Regular cleaning is required to maintain stable performance. Use anti-static brush and lint-free cloth dipped in anhydrous alcohol to wipe carbon deposits on discharge pins and metal mesh covers.
A. Cut off power supply and wait 10 minutes before cleaning.
B. Clean immediately when dust or white residue accumulates on pin tips during use.
C. Do not power on until alcohol fully evaporates; other organic solvents are prohibited for cleaning.
D. Ion pin assemblies are consumable parts; replacement fees apply after warranty expires.
Do not press or twist control knobs excessively to avoid permanent component damage.
Stop operation immediately if the working indicator light goes out; arrange professional inspection before reuse.
