The ESF-102E overhead dual-head ion blower is designed based on the principle of AC static eliminator and classified as electronic equipment, with an all-metal housing.
In industrial production, friction, peeling, extrusion and electrostatic induction between objects will accumulate charges of different polarities on material surfaces. Once static charge accumulates to a certain level, electrostatic adhesion and discharge will occur. Static buildup and discharge cause severe adverse impacts and damages to production, including material adhesion/repulsion, electrostatic breakdown, electric shock to operators, and even explosion risks.
This ion blower ionizes air to generate massive positive and negative ions, which are blown out by built-in fans to form ion airflow. The airflow neutralizes static charges on workpiece surfaces: negatively charged surfaces attract positive ions, while positively charged surfaces attract negative ions, thereby eliminating static electricity completely.
